Bad Brains' H.R. celebrates his new solo album "Hey Wella" with an album release party at New York's BLVD New York City Club and Lounge on October 21, 2008.

New York, NY (Billboard Publicity Wire) October 1, 2008 -- Hosted by DC Hardcore Records, LLC and the CMJ Music Festival, H.R., the legendary front-man of Bad Brains, will be releasing his new solo album "Hey Wella."
