Rainmaker Public Relations & Artist Development is celebrating it's13th anniversary this month. As one of the original indie agencies, Brilliant estimates they have worked with over 1,200 clients since opening it's doors in 1995.

It's important to educate artists on the most cost effective ways to spend their money and give them a solid direction to achieve their specific goals.

Even before Rainmaker Public Relations was born in 1995, Brilliant kept busy in the creation and production process, creating the entertainment show, Edge TV.
