Pacific Alliance Media Group Sets The Record Straight In Adult Animation
More than three years ago, Mr. Allen Ma and Pacific Alliance Media entered into a licensing agreement with D2 Corporation of Japan which provided Mr. Ma and PAM the exclusive rights to license and distribute the D2 content listed below in North America.
Los Angeles, CA (Billboard Publicity Wire / PRWEB) October 24, 2008 -- More than three years ago, Mr. Allen Ma and Pacific Alliance Media entered into a licensing agreement with D2 Corporation of Japan which provided Mr. Ma and PAM the exclusive rights to license and distribute the D2 content listed below in North America. Confusion as the right to distribute this content has been caused by claims made by Adult Source Media, which has been selling and distributing the content covered by the contract between D2 and PAM. Mr. Okuzumi, the owner of D2, has clarified the rights of Mr. Ma and PAM in a signed document dated October 4, 2008. The document states that:
"ASM has no license or other rights in such content (listed below) for distribution in North America or Brazil now or prior to the end of 2010…Until the end of 2010 the effective rights and licenses for North America and Brazil belong exclusively to Allen Ma/PAM for story 1 of the following titles (including versions that were given new titles for North American or other markets:"
