Washington, DC (Billboard Publicity Wire / PRWEB) January 12, 2009 -- DC City Blog, a insider's guide on places to go and things to do in DC, today launched a suite of services to help local businesses connect with DC-area residents through online channels.
The new services include:
Editorial Review
A writer will visit the venue or event, talk with patrons and key staff, and compile a comprehensive editorial review. The review will then be hosted on DC City Blog, and distributed through the DC City Blog online network to hundreds of local journalists and bloggers.
Photo Shoot
A photographer will visit the venue or event and provide a 90-minute photo shoot based on the client's specifications. The photo gallery will be distributed through DC City Blog and online network including the official DC City Blog Flickr album. View a DC City Blog photo shoot from a recent event.
Video Production
A videographer will visit the venue or event and shoot 90-minutes worth of video. The video will be edited into a final product that will be streamed on DC City Blog TV as well as through YouTube and other online video channels. The customer will be provided with a DVD containing all video footage from the event. View a DC City Blog video of a recent event.
Media Mavens Event
DC City Blog will host an event that will bring together some of the top local influencers (bloggers, journalists, etc.) for a party at a venue. The goal of the party is two-fold: first, to draw a significant crowd of influencers in the DC area and second, to create buzz about your venue. Read about a recent Media Mavens event.
